Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop new applications / software based on business requirements.
2. Engage with internal teams to understand client requirements.
3. Build custom solutions around Genesys Cloud CX that cannot be catered out-of-the-box.
4. Code and deploy custom requirements for the contact center as part of the Engineering team.
5. CX as Code, Genesys Cloud APIs, Also it is good to have other Cloud CC like NICE CXone, Amazon Connect.
Desired Profile
1. Minimum experience of 1-2 years in software development maximum experience of 7 years.
2. Graduation in Computer Science and Engineering or a related field.
3. Previous experience with Genesys Cloud or any other CCaaS.
Technical Requirements
1. Good programming skills. Preferred skill set : React.js, Node.js, REST, Java, HTML, CSS (or full-stack development).
2. Ability to write effective and scalable code / test cases. Good knowledge of coding / testing environments and familiarity with software applications and tools.
3. Proficiency in Genesys Cloud or any contact center platform.
4. Knowledge of cloud platforms with experience in AWS / Microsoft Azure.
5. Understanding of messaging and social media technologies such as web-messaging, SMS, and WhatsApp is an added advantage.
