About Us :

We are a fast-growing chain of dermatology and aesthetic clinics with 10 centers across Delhi NCR.
We combine medical expertise with modern tech to deliver high-quality care.
Now, were looking for a smart, hands-on Product Manager who can help us make our software and tech tools work better for our day-to-day needs.

What Youll Be Doing :

Understand how our business worksright from clinic operations to marketing.

Work closely with the founders, doctors, operations, and marketing teams to gather tech requirements.

Manage our internal clinic software, CRM, and other SAAS tools (like booking systems, support platforms, etc.

Suggest improvements in the software and tools, based on real-time needs and feedback.

Coordinate with our external or internal tech team to get those changes implementedfollow up till its done right.

Track tech issues, bugs, and ensure everything runs smoothly without affecting daily clinic operations.

What Were Looking For :

4-5 years of experience in product management or tech operations.

Detailed understanding of SAAS tools and how small businesses use software.

Someone whos proactive, organised, and speaks simple languageno tech jargon needed.

You dont need to code, but you should be comfortable talking to developers.

Someone who enjoys solving small daily tech problems to make the business run better.

Experience working with healthcare, wellness, or service-based businesses.

Past experience handling B2C tech products or clinic management tools.
