Job Summary :
- We are seeking a highly creative Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and manage the performance ads for our D2C vertical.
- They will plan, implement, and monitor our digital marketing campaigns on multiple platforms (Google, Meta, and other platforms).
Responsibilities and Duties :
Develop a digital marketing strategy, identify ideal customers and their needs, and monitor the competition.Should have expertise in running Google and Meta ads.Planned and executed all web, SEO / SEM, database marketing, and campaigns.Should have expertise in Email Marketing, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing.Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Coordinated with Advertising / PR agencies and social media teams.Develop and monitor marketing budgets.Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) in Marketing.4+ years of experience in campaign management Google and Meta ads campaigns.Demonstrable experience managing SEO / SEM, marketing databases, and campaigns.Note : Preferred Candidate would have run campaigns for D2C beauty / healthcare / skincare brands.
