Role Overview :
- As the Brand Manager of our D2C skincare vertical, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's presence across online and offline platforms.
- Reporting directly to the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the seamless onboarding of new sales channels.
- This role combines operational expertise with creative problem-solving, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Management : Lead, inspire, and manage a cross-functional team to deliver on brand objectives.Execution Excellence : Implement strategies and initiatives assigned by the Brand Head and senior management, ensuring timely and quality delivery.Sales Channel Development : Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with new online and offline points of sale, ensuring brand alignment and market expansion.Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to adapt strategies and stay ahead.Brand Consistency : Ensure all brand touchpoints adhere to Alive and Well's luxury 4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles (experience in the luxury / premium segment preferred).Strong leadership and team management skills.Proven track record in successfully managing online and offline sales channels.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.Why Join Us?
