The position will be based in our Corporate Office, Secunderabad.
Experience required is 8 to 20 years.
- Out stationed candidates should be willing to relocate to Hyderabad if selected.
- 30 to 45 days Joining time or candidates who are presently serving the notice period and ready to join immediately will be preferred.
- Candidate should have relevant experience especially in OSD - Formulations in Liquids, Syrups, Tablets etc.
Summary :
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Head to spearhead our business development initiatives in the pharmaceutical human health sector.This pivotal role requires a focus on B2B marketing and contract manufacturing, particularly in oral liquids and nutraceuticals.The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in multinational corporate environments, with a demonstrated track record of success in generating new B2B orders and selling developed products within the human pharmaceutical Master's degree in business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field is mandatory.A minimum of 08 to 15 years of progressive experience in business development within the human pharmaceutical industry, specifically in multinational corporations.Demonstrated expertise in B2B marketing and contract manufacturing, with a focus on OSD formulations and nutraceuticals.Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies in the pharmaceutical sector.Strong understanding of market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and product development in the pharmaceutical industry.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional initiatives.Core Responsibilities :
