Responsibilities include :

• Driving business development across India with a strong lead-generation focus.
• Support pharmaceutical, clinical labs, academic institutions, and other clients with end-to-end clinical trial services.
• Represent the company and brand with executive presence, presenting portfolio and capabilities to senior stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Lead should have :

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales / BD in CROs / pharmaceutical service organizations.
• Proven track record of driving new business.
• Executive presence with ability to engage senior stakeholders and customers.
• Depth in clinical trial logistics, distribution, and packaging solutions.
