Job Title : Associate Director – SAP S / 4HANA Project Delivery

Experience Required : Minimum 12 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Project Delivery Leader with extensive expertise in SAP S / 4HANA implementations to spearhead delivery excellence, presales engagements, and solution design. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge in one or more core process areas, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P), along with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale programs in the manufacturing industry . Preference will be given to candidates with Big 4 consulting experience and a strong background in India delivery models .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S / 4HANA transformation programs , ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution.
• Drive solution design and architecture tailored to client's business needs, with a focus on manufacturing industry environments.
• Provide deep functional expertise in one or more process areas (O2C, R2R, P2P).
• Support presales initiatives , including client workshops, solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal defense.
• Collaborate with client leadership and internal teams to define SAP-enabled transformation roadmaps .
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering professional development and delivery excellence.
• Build and maintain strong client stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
• Identify opportunities to leverage additional SAP solutions (Fiori, BTP, IBP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, EWM, etc.) to enhance client outcomes.
