KRA : Each territory sales manager has to create order book equal to 5 – 8 crores per annum (10 – 15 lakhs per week). This can be achieved by :
Identifying prospects every day (2-3 per day)
Having at least 2 customer meetings every day
Defining potential competition
Studying the application requirements
Mapping key people in client organization (User, Maintenance user, Production head / Projects Head, Purchase Head)
Suggesting solutions that solve customer requirement while positioning
Documenting the solutions and supporting the client personal in positioning in their internal documentation
Ensuring the approval file moves in the client organization
Ensuring collection
