We are on a mission to redefine how businesses engage with their customers through AI-powered automation and cutting-edge solutions.Role OverviewThe TA Lead will be responsible for executing and scaling hiring strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and leading a team of recruiters to achieve aggressive hiring goals. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and strategic thinking to ensure that AiSensy attracts top-tier talent across tech, product, marketing, sales, and operations.Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & PlanningCollaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build quarterly hiring plans.Create and own Talent Acquisition OKRs, aligned with business objectives.Develop sourcing strategies for tech, non-tech, and leadership hiring.Benchmark industry best practices for recruitment in the SaaS and startup ecosystem.2. Recruitment ExecutionDrive end-to-end hiring process : job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure.Implement data-driven hiring practices to track metrics such as TAT (Time to Hire), quality of hire, and cost per hire.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.Partner with department heads to define JD clarity, interview panels, and evaluation frameworks.3. Team LeadershipLead, coach, and manage a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.Set clear performance metrics and create a culture of accountability and excellence.4. Process & SystemsBuild robust recruitment processes, SOPs, and scalable workflows.Implement and manage recruitment tools like ATS, AI-powered sourcing, and candidate tracking systems.Collaborate with HR and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.5. Employer BrandingPartner with the marketing team to amplify AiSensy’s employer brand across platforms like LinkedIn, AngelList, etc.Develop initiatives to attract top talent, including campus drives, hackathons, referral programs, and networking events.Required QualificationsExperience : 6–10 years in talent acquisition, with at least 2+ years leading a team.Proven experience in high-growth startups or SaaS companies.Strong knowledge of tech hiring (engineers, product managers, data analysts).Hands-on experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI sourcing tools.Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
