Role Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our human resources team. This role is crucial for executing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with a focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on recruitment experience and an MBA, bringing a strategic perspective to sourcing and candidate management. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, manage a robust talent pipeline, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment life cycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and assisting with offer management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, align on candidate profiles, and provide regular updates on recruitment status.
- Sourcing Strategy : Utilize various sourcing channels, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Management : Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate fit, and maintain timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
- Recruitment Data & Reporting : Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and contribute to reports on key metrics like time-to-fill and source-of-hire.
- MBA-Specific Responsibilities : Leverage your business acumen to improve recruitment processes, analyze market trends, and contribute to talent acquisition strategy discussions.
Required Skills and Experience :
3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.An MBA degree from a recognized institution.Strong sourcing skills across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Naukri, and other professional networks.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective candidate and stakeholder engagement.Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and a strong understanding of recruitment metrics(ref : iimjobs.com)
