Job Description
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for different roles (Tech).
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes to match job descriptions and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates.
Maintain and update candidate database (ATS / Excel).
Support in employer branding activities (social media posts, career page updates).
Help in creating job descriptions and posting them across relevant platforms.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
