Regional Business Manager - Niyo Forex (Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai)

About the role :

We are seeking dynamic sales leaders to join our team. They will be responsible for managing the regional team of relationship managers with regards to their day-to-day deliverables for either B2C customer or corporate clients. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be presentable and have a proactive attitude towards sales & services by owning the brand identity and team managing experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and manage a team of 20-30 Concierge Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Set clear goals, drive performance, and monitor team KPIs to align with business objectives.
  • Provide coaching, training, and motivation to enhance team productivity and skills.
  • Business Development & Expansion

  • Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives for products like Forex Cards, Remittance, FX Cash, and Value-Added Services (VAS).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities targeting individual and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to launch and promote campaigns at the location.
  • P&L Ownership

  • Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) for the location, focusing on revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Track and analyse business performance metrics to achieve financial goals.
  • Channel & Corporate Business Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, business associates, and corporate clients to expand market reach.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to provide tailored solutions for corporate accounts.
  • Customer Experience & Compliance

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through service excellence and timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal policy guidelines.
  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor performance reports, sales funnel metrics, and customer feedback to guide strategic decisions.
  • Present periodic business reviews and insights to senior management.
  • Required Skills and Expertise :

  • Excellent communication skills with data and project management.
  • Interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with leadership teams and clients effectively.
  • Ability to manage team and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of any financial products sales & service will be an added advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on P&L management
  • Other Requirements :

    1. 05+ Years in any fin-tech or banking sales domain with focus on retention & growth.

    2. Prior experience in managing a team and driving P&L for a category or region.
