We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manager - Business Alliance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BFSI and Fintech sectors , with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with banks and institutional clients. This role is crucial for onboarding new clients, nurturing existing business, and driving the deployment of our products, such as POS terminals, to achieve business augmentation targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen existing relations with bank and institutional customers.
- Onboard new bank clients and nurture business from both existing and new accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for bank and institutional clients to ensure the successful deployment of mPOS or POS terminals .
- Report directly to the AVP - Alliances to implement business plans and achieve targets.
- Establish new associations with banks and other institutional customers through networking.
- Engage with customer SPOCs to ensure the successful deployment of our products.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience , preferably in the BFSI and Fintech sectors.Proven experience in POS and a track record of getting repeat orders from banks.Successful deployment of similar products in a result-oriented mode.Proficient in both English and Hindi .Strong business understanding with effective communication skills .Leadership qualities and the ability to liaison with bankers.Ability to think 'out of the box' to meet objectives.Knowledge of POS is a must.Willingness to travel as and when necessary.Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.Skills Required
