Job descriptionOversee daily operations across multiple QSR outlets, ensuring consistency in service and efficiency. Monitor P&L, budgets, and cost controls to maximize profitability. Standardize processes and streamline operations for scalability. Lead, mentor, and build high-performing outlet managers and teams. Establish a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer-first thinking. Create a talent pipeline to support future outlet openings and expansion. Maintain brand identity and ensure consistent customer experience across all outlets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Implement feedback-driven improvements to enhance guest satisfaction. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of proven experience in QSR / multi-unit / regional management with demonstrated business growth achievements. Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to balance strategy and execution. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The role is designed for leaders who can operate at the level of an Area / Business / Regional Manager , with full responsibility for scaling the QSR business in the region.
