About the job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Escrow sales team. The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, managing a team of BDMs, SDRs / BDRs, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Business Development, Sales Management, and excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes and techniques.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
Manage and lead a team of BDMs, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to help them
achieve their sales goals.
Set sales targets and performance metrics for the Business development team and
monitor performance against these targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects to drive sales
opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to develop sales strategies and
campaigns that align with business objectives.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Implement sales processes and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales
team.
Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity to senior
management.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in Business Development with a track record of achieving and
exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to
achieve results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and
establish trust with customers and team members.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-
driven decisions.
Proficiency in sales CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value.
