Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to manage and execute email marketing campaigns from strategy to delivery. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer engagement, have a strong grasp of segmentation and automation, and possess the ability to create campaigns that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns aligned with client goals.

Create engaging email copy and eye-catching templates following brand guidelines.

List Management & Segmentation

Build, clean, and segment email lists to ensure high deliverability and engagement rates.

Implement personalization strategies to improve open and click-through rates.

Automation & Optimization

Set up automated workflows (welcome series, abandoned cart, re-engagement, etc.).

Conduct A / B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to optimize performance.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor key metrics such as deliverability, open rates, CTR, and conversions.

Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.

Compliance & Best Practices

Ensure all campaigns meet GDPR and other relevant email regulations.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2–6 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in e-commerce or lifestyle / fashion sectors.

Proficiency with platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp .

Strong understanding of email deliverability, automation workflows, and list management.

Excellent writing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for design.

Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics.
