We’re looking for a detail-oriented Performance Marketing specialist who can execute high-performing ad campaigns and fuel our customer acquisition engine. This position centers on driving flawless campaign execution and performance optimization across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linkedin Ads.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day ad campaign execution across channels, ensuring efficient budget allocation, and supporting the growth team in driving measurable results.

Responsibilities
Execute and manage Ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Linkedin Ads .
Handle campaign creation, targeting setup, budgeting, and reporting.
Monitor campaigns daily to ensure optimal performance (CTR, ROAS, conversions) .
Support the growth team with A / B testing and creative experiments.
Use Hubspot CRM and marketing automation tools to integrate campaigns with lead funnels.
Ensure accurate tracking & reporting with dashboards and analytics tools.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams for campaign assets.
Requirements
Desired experience of 2 - 3 years in Ad operations or paid campaign execution.
Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linkedin Ads .
Background in B2C businesses (edtech, healthcare, or service-driven industries preferred where ).
Knowledge of Hubspot or other marketing automation / CRM platforms.
Understanding of appointment booking funnels and customer acquisition flows.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Location : Saket, Delhi
Working Days : 6 (Tuesday to Sunday, Mondays are weekly offs)
Timings : 10 : 30 am to 7 : 30 pm

Prior experience in edtech marketing .
Certifications from programs such as GrowthX, Kraftshala Marketing Launchpad, or MICA will be considered a strong plus.
