Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate (Shopify), India. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, creating and delivering presentations, and communicating with potential clients. The role requires a proactive approach in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with Shopify merchants.

Qualifications

Lead Generation and Market Research skills

Grow and build enterprise customer base and relationships

Upsell / cross sell custom features by understanding customer needs

Content writing and video creation

Excellent writing skills

Strong Communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Experience with Shopify and e-commerce is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
