Key ResponsibilitiesReach out to potential students and parents through calls, emails, social media, and events.Provide detailed information about Medway’s courses, programs, and benefits.Convert leads into enrollments by effectively handling queries and concerns.Keep track of all leads in the database and follow up consistently to maximize conversions.Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities.Represent Medway at education fairs, webinars, and outreach programs to generate new leads.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets set by management.Maintain strong relationships with enrolled students and parents, offering support even after admission.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any field.0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or academic counseling (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Hindi .Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with students and parents.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.Familiarity with MS Office and basic CRM tools is an advantage.
