We, The Test Tribe , are a Workforce Development Startup backed by the world’s largest Tech QA Community, with members in 150+ countries. We are known for sticking to a very high-quality bar and constantly raising it as we move ahead. This applies to anything we do, whether it falls under Services or Products. We are now looking to rapidly grow our newly launched product line and are searching for a passionate B2B Sales Person (2-5 years experience) who would own, plan and execute the end to end product side sales at The Test Tribe. Someone who can make a difference and believes in rapid growth. Someone who is super ambitious and a go-getter.
PS : This role won't be suitable for candidates who have ONLY done B2C Tele-sales. B2B Sales experience is a must.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, zeal for improvising their craft, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently. The candiate will build relationships with existing customers, stakeholders present in the community, identify and reach out to new customers, and work towards ensuring customer satisfaction and sales growth.
You will work directly with the leadership to define the sales target, approach and execution.

Key responsibilities :
- Set sales targets with leadership, achieve and track those for yourself and the team
- Build relationships with companies and their stakeholders in our target audience
- Manage customer accounts, providing timely and accurate information and responding to customer inquiries.
- Connect with them often with our offerings customized to their context
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies. Understand product offerings extremely well, form powerful narratives, and get those validated
- Define ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles), build and maintain a CRM
- Follow up on sales leads and opportunities.
- Monitor customer accounts for any changes in their needs or requirements.
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features in products or new service offerings
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Participate in appropriate events to promote and market the company’s products and services.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any customer-related issues.
- Research and discover methods to increase leads to sales conversions.
- Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Requirements and Skills :
Proven work experience as an Inside Sales in B2B (prominently) and B2CIn-depth understanding of the sales administration processExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong analytical and organizational skillsNumerical abilities and problem-solving attitudeKeen interest in learning about business and products by making hands dirty on the ground level.Agile enough to thrive in a dynamic startup environment yet organized and detail-oriented to ensure nothing falls off the cracks.A Bachelors's or Masters's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field is a plus.Prior Experience in EdTech B2B Sales would be a Big PlusSoftware Testing domain knowledge or experience would be a big plusA Tech background would be a big plusThis role is for a problem-solver, sheer optimist, and a go-getter.
