We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The BDA will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through lead generation, sales presentations, and market research.
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Generate qualified leads and set up meetings or calls with prospective clients.
- Present products / services to potential clients via email, phone, and virtual / in-person meetings.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and update CRM systems regularly.
- Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into sales.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve outreach.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to build a strong network.
- Prepare and deliver pitches and proposals to clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (freshers can apply).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and handle rejection positively.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.A self-starter with a goal-driven attitude.
