Role Overview :
We're looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our growing team in Bengaluru. As a member of our Brand Partnerships team at STAN, you will be responsible for generating revenue by partnering with agencies, brand managers, and other ecosystem stakeholders. You'll play a key role in building and scaling monetization opportunities, collaborations, and sponsorships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Reach out to various brands and pitch influencers.
- Pitch STAN's offerings to potential partners and close high-impact revenue deals.
- Drive new business development and grow our existing sales pipeline.
- Work closely with internal teams (creator success, marketing, product) to deliver successful campaigns.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on performance, challenges, and market insights.
- Negotiate contracts, manage deal execution, and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, influencer marketing dynamics, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Skills :
2–4 years of experience in sales, ideally in environments such as : ○ Branding agencies○ Sponsorship or event sales
○ Adtech or media / ad sales
Proven track record of closing brands worth ₹5L or more.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.A strong network in the influencer / creator / events ecosystem is a plus.What We Offer :
