Job description

Role Overview :

We're looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our growing team in Bengaluru. As a member of our Brand Partnerships team at STAN, you will be responsible for generating revenue by partnering with agencies, brand managers, and other ecosystem stakeholders. You'll play a key role in building and scaling monetization opportunities, collaborations, and sponsorships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Reach out to various brands and pitch influencers.
  • Pitch STAN's offerings to potential partners and close high-impact revenue deals.
  • Drive new business development and grow our existing sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with internal teams (creator success, marketing, product) to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on performance, challenges, and market insights.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage deal execution, and ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, influencer marketing dynamics, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, ideally in environments such as : ○ Branding agencies
  • ○ Sponsorship or event sales

    ○ Adtech or media / ad sales

  • Proven track record of closing brands worth ₹5L or more.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • A strong network in the influencer / creator / events ecosystem is a plus.
