Role Overview
As a Business Development Consultant, you will conduct in-depth business strategy consultations with qualified prospects, diagnose their business challenges on the legal side with the help of our proprietary
‘Business Legal Health Check’ assessment, present tailored game plans, and enroll them into our high-ticket programs or services. This is a closing role — you will convert high-intent booked calls into paying clients.

Location : Bangalore
Working Days : Monday to Friday (9 : 00 AM – 6 PM)
Academic Qualification : Any Graduate. Graduation in Law would be a definite plus.
Preferred Experience : Strong track record in consultative sales, B2B sales, or high-ticket closing.
Compensation : Base Salary + Incentives
Key Responsibilities
1. Consultation & Closing
I. Conduct 60 consultations / month from booked appointments (inbound + outbound).
II. Maintain a 30%+ closing ratio (3 of every 10 consultations closed).
III. Follow up pre- and post-consultation to ensure show-up and conversion.
2. Business Diagnosis & Presentation
I. Uncover root causes of business legal challenges.
II. Present customized solutions and articulate program / service benefits clearly.
3. Pipeline & CRM Management
I. Track every opportunity in CRM.
II. Maintain follow-up sequences for undecided prospects.
4. Team Collaboration
I. Provide feedback to Pre-Sales & Sales Consultants to improve lead quality.
II. Participate in daily ops meetings & reports.
