Carry a printout your updated resume. Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card / Driving License / Voters ID card / Passport). The drive is specifically for HRD Talent Acquisition : Technical-Bulk hiring experience. Candidates must have all full-time education marksheets and experience letters.

Primary Skills

• Must have Minimum & Maximum exp range 3+ Years in respective area / domain of recruitment- Technology / Digital / Freshers / S&F / Insurance etc.
• Must be having corporate experience and experience into hiring (end to end recruitment) Bulk numbers.
• Experience in Walk in Drive management.
• Must have exp in using different Platforms for sourcing. Must know beyond job posting and mailer deployment.
• Must have experience of hiring FTE / FTR talents.
• Must have knowledge of Features of virtual hiring drive management tool such as virtual lobby, interview rooms on the virtual hiring drive management tool.
• Must be able to articulate on the ATS used.
• Excellent communication.
• Clearing Assessment mandatory.
