Technical Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter located in Bengaluru. We are looking for passionate and driven IT / Technical Recruiters (Product based clients hiring experience is must ) who are eager to make an impact in the tech hiring space. Key Responsibilities :

• Understand technical job requirements from product-based clients.
• Source and screen profilesusing platforms like Naukri, ,GitHub, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial telephonic roundsto evaluate candidates’ communication and technical fit.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle : sourcing,screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strongrelationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Stay up-to-date with emergingtechnologies and markettrends in the product-tech space.
