This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter located in Bengaluru. We are looking for passionate and driven IT / Technical Recruiters (Product based clients hiring experience is must ) who are eager to make an impact in the tech hiring space. Key Responsibilities :
- Understand technical job requirements from product-based clients.
- Source and screen profilesusing platforms like Naukri, ,GitHub, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial telephonic roundsto evaluate candidates’ communication and technical fit.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle : sourcing,screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Stay up-to-date with emergingtechnologies and markettrends in the product-tech space.
Requirements :
Experience : 0-5 years in IT or technical recruitment.Education : Any Graduate (B.Tech / B.E. / MBA preferred but not mandatory).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Prior exposure to product-based client hiring is Must.Strong understanding of tech roles like Software Engineers, Frontend / Backend Developers, DevOps, QA, etc.Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Passion for recruitment and willingness to learn.
