About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to source, engage, and close top technical talent across software engineering, product, data, and emerging technology roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, design recruitment strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates using multiple channels including , GitHub, job portals, referrals, networking events, and specialized communities.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future openings.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice within the tech ecosystem.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS / CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).2–6 years of proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably within product, SaaS, IT services, or startup environments.Strong understanding of technical roles such as Frontend / Backend Developers, Full Stack Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineers, AI / ML specialists, etc.Hands-on experience with sourcing tools ( Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, AngelList, Stack Overflow, etc.).Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience hiring for niche skills (AI / ML, Data Science, Blockchain, Cybersecurity).Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Darwinbox, Workday, or similar).Prior exposure to employer branding or campus recruitment.What We Offer
