Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment. Facilitate a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience of 3-5 years as a recruiter, preferably in the UK / EU market. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the UK / EU. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software and GDPR. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
