Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resource Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India . The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing the HR foundation for the company’s new phase of operations — from setting up organizational hierarchies and HR processes to driving recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

The role requires a hands-on professional capable of working from the grassroots level to develop and structure a growing organization, collaborating closely with management to foster a strong culture, ensure compliance, and support sustainable business growth in a challenging and evolving environment .

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and organizational development
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in setting up or scaling HR systems and structures preferred
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Ability to work independently, flexible to handle multiple priorities, and thrive in dynamic conditions
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is an advantage
