This is a hybrid role combining human resources , recruitment , and office management . The ideal candidate will be highly organized, people-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities—from hiring and HR compliance to ensuring the office runs smoothly.

• Manage full recruitment cycle : job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies.
• Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience.
