Job Summary :
We are seeking a high-performing IMS Services Sales Champion to lead business growth in the IT Infrastructure Management Services space. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IMS offerings such as server / network / cloud management, end-user support, and cybersecurity. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, account farming, and consultative solution selling.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive end-to-end sales for IMS (Infrastructure Management Services) including but not limited to :
- Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM)
- Network & Server Management
- Cloud Services (AWS, Azure)
- End-User Computing (EUC) Support
- Data Center & Storage Services
- IT Helpdesk & Service Desk Solutions
- Identify and target prospective clients in key industries (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing).
- Understand customer pain points and map them with the right IMS solutions.
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized proposals and presentations.
- Own and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure and handover.
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM and outbound campaigns.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).4–10 years of experience in selling IT services, specifically IMS / Managed Services or Delivery experience.Proven success in hunting and closing mid to large enterprise deals.Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components (cloud, data center, network, security, EUC).Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Familiarity with RFP processes and contract management.Experience with CRM tools.Skills Required
