Location- Bengaluru
Responsible for Quarterly & Annual targets of South region for product sales.
- . Role is of Individual Contributor and Team performance . Lead the South sales team to drive the business objectives
- . Plan for establishing new business, existing accounts and new territories in South region
- . Manage relationships with key stake holders of Principle organizations like Dassault, Stratasys, Hexagon etc
- . Coordinate with internal teams like Inside sales, Tech support, Marketing etc to ensure seamless coordination for South region activities.
- . Manage End to End Sales cycle (Order to Cash) for South Region with accurate forecasting.
- . Establish Stro ng CXO level customer Relationship especially in key accounts.Skills Required :
- . Self-motivated and targets driven
- . Market & Customer understanding of CAD / CAE / PLM / MES solutions is essential. Territory and industry knowledge of South India is mandatory
- . Proven work experience in managing sales team
- . The ability to influence and negotiate with others
- . Familiar with CRM systems
- . Ensure qualification & forecasting of opportunities with excellent negotiation & closing skills
- . Excellent communication, Team work and leadership qualities.
