We are looking for a TechOps Engineer to oversee the smooth functioning of a cluster of interconnected stores, ensuring maximum availability and uptime. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, operational excellence, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in high-pressure situations and managing multiple priorities while driving proactive problem Responsibilities Oversight & Availability Management :
- Monitor and manage a cluster of interconnected stores to ensure maximum system availability and uptime.
- Proactively identify issues and escalate them to the appropriate internal teams or external vendors.
- Guide and manage operational teams to achieve high machine and system availability & Technical Support :
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for IoT devices, hardware, technical systems, and network connectivity issues.
- Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and vendor teams to drive issues to closure.
- Resolve incidents quickly and efficiently under high-pressure & Incident Management :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, own, and resolve technical issues end-to-end.
- Prioritize and manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on issue status and resolution Management & Training :
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior team members to ensure operational excellence.
- Share knowledge and establish best practices for troubleshooting and Duties :
- Work overtime if required to resolve critical production issues.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support business Skills :
- Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems, Shell scripting, and MySQL.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with IoT devices or hardware troubleshooting is a Skills :
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take ownership and see issues through to :
- Exposure to monitoring tools, automation scripts, or DevOps processes.
