We are seeking an experienced Production Support Specialist with a strong background in managing Linux and Unix server environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability and uptime of production systems, responding to critical incidents, and managing change and release processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production environments to maintain system health and uptime.
• Perform Major Incident Management, coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Utilize tools like Splunk, PuTTY, WinSCP, MOVEit, GoAnywhere, and Snow for monitoring, secure file transfers, workflow automation, and asset management.
• Coordinate and manage Change and Release Management activities, ensuring minimal risk and smooth deployments.
• Document incidents and changes thoroughly, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to support end-to-end production operations.
