Alum-n-i / GradCircle is an MIT-incubated and funded startup, creating the world’s largest career exploration and community platform . We empower students to make informed decisions about their career journey through authentic experience-sharing by industry professionals and a network of trusted mentors. Our community consists of over 3000 alumni and mentors from global universities and Fortune-500 companies. We have mentored students from 100+ different schools and colleges and are in the process of creating new programs focused on experiential learning.

Role Description

This is a full-time and you will work directly with the founder and be involved in a wide range of business activities, which include handling communications, strategic planning and the execution of special projects, managing stakeholders, etc. A significant part of your role will involve building new products and competitions in collaboration with leading global universities including MIT (USA) , offering you a unique opportunity to shape our future offerings.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging technology to increase efficiency.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• No specific academic degree is required / preferred. We are looking for individuals with exceptional talent and a relentless drive to succeed.

Note : We have a strong preference for candidates currently based in Bangalore or those who are willing to relocate.
