Executive Assistant responsible for providing high-level administrative support to a CEO or COO. Your core duties involve managing the executive's schedule, handling internal communications, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities include :
- Administrative Support : You will coordinate the CEO's daily calendar, plan appointments and events, make travel arrangements, and create regular reports.
- Communication & Coordination : You'll follow up with department heads on assigned tasks and facilitate internal communication, such as distributing information and scheduling presentations.
- Office Management : Your role involves updating internal databases, suggesting more efficient ways to run the office, and troubleshooting malfunctions. You will also review and recommend changes to company policies.
- Confidentiality : You must have proven experience in handling sensitive company information with discretion and confidentiality.
