Job Purpose :
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO of Digi Yatra Foundation will be responsible for providing high-level executive, administrative, and strategic support to the CEO. This role requires someone who is not only highly organized and detail-oriented but also tech-savvy, AI-curious, and eager to contribute to the digital transformation journey of Digi Yatra . The ideal candidate will blend traditional EA capabilities with a strong interest in emerging technologies, helping the CEO reimagine and shape the future of travel through innovation.
Principal Accountabilities & Major Activities :
1. Executive Support :
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and coordination of high-level internal and external meetings.
- Anticipate needs and proactively prepare background notes, research, and analysis.
- Draft, edit, and prepare presentations, documents, and reports for CEO review.
- Support CEO in tracking strategic priorities, project progress, and action items.
2. Tech & AI Enablement :
Act as a bridge between executive support and technology adoption , identifying opportunities where AI tools and digital solutions can improve workflows.Assist in preparing briefs, concept notes, and insights on AI, digital identity, biometrics, and aviation technology .Experiment with and implement productivity tools (AI writing assistants, meeting summarizers, dashboards, etc.) to improve CEO's efficiency.Stay updated on global digital transformation trends in travel / aviation and prepare short intelligence briefs for the CEO.3. Travel & Event Coordination :
Arrange CEO's travel (domestic and international), including itineraries, visas, accommodations, and transport.Support event planning for Board meetings, conferences, and high-level stakeholder engagements.4. Communication & Correspondence :
Manage CEO's communication channels with discretion and professionalism.Draft, proofread, and edit communications (emails, memos, letters, speeches, and talking points).Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.5. Meeting & Stakeholder Management :
Coordinate agendas, materials, and logistics for CEO's meetings.Join meetings when required to take minutes, track decisions, and ensure follow-up on commitments.Liaise with Board Members, Government officials, Industry stakeholders, and Technology Partners.6. Administrative Excellence :
Maintain a robust filing and documentation system (digital-first).Ensure smooth coordination between CEO's office and other departments.Support planning and execution of organizational initiatives and events.Dimensions of Interaction :
Internal : CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Board Members, Department Heads, Staff.
External : Government Agencies, Industry Partners, Technology Providers, Global Aviation Ecosystem Stakeholders.
Job Specification (Qualifications & Experience) :
Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration / Technology / Communications). A Master's degree or certification in technology / AI / digital business would be a plus.3+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives. Experience in aviation, digital identity, IT services, or a tech-driven organization is desirable.Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and modern productivity / collaboration tools .Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, transcription / translation tools, dashboards, automation platforms, etc.) is an advantage.Excellent communication (written & verbal), analytical, and interpersonal skills.Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Behavioural Competencies :
