Position Overview

The HR Professional will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle and ensure effective execution of HR operations in alignment with company policies, statutory requirements, and organizational objectives. The role demands strong interpersonal, organizational, and compliance skills, with a focus on employee engagement and organizational growth.

Responsibilities :

Ensure a smooth start-to-finish, Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and background verification, job postings ads, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.

Manage end-to-end

recruitment processes

, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.

Prepare and manage employee documentation (offer letters, confirmations, promotions, exits).

Oversee attendance, leave management (PL / SL / CL), and absenteeism tracking.

Administer payroll, statutory compliance, salary processing, and deductions.

Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and workplace culture initiatives.

Support appraisals, probation reviews, promotions, and training programs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and disciplinary procedures.

Ensure adherence to statutory and labor law compliances.

Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.

Provide HR reports / analytics and support organizational planning.

Qualifications & Skills Required

MBA / PGDM in

Human Resource Management

(mandatory).

2–5 years of proven experience in HR operations.

Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and statutory compliance.

Integrity, confidentiality, and a problem-solving mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems (HRIS).

In-depth knowledge of payroll management, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
