About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience to support our HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and providing day-to-day HR support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements
- Address employee queries and provide HR support
