Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching, administrative, and support staff, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Partner with Principal, Academic Coordinators, and Department Heads to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives , building a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and reference checks , ensuring alignment with school culture and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards to track progress, hiring timelines, and pipeline effectiveness.
Desired Skills
Strong knowledge of talent sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills .Familiarity with ATS / recruitment systems and HR best practices.Ability to manage multiple requisitions with speed and accuracy .Personal Attributes

Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration preferred.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field required.4–6 years of proven experience in recruitment , preferably within the education sector .Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment , preferably within the education sector, will be an advantage.Notice Period
Preference will be given to Women candidates who are immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 15–20 days .
