As an HR Executive at AMPIN, you will play a crucial role in partnering with business units to provide strategic HR support, drive organizational success through effective stakeholder management, employee engagement, and proactively implement HR initiatives.
How you will contribute :
1. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
2. Contribute to the onboarding process, facilitating a smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
3. Support the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and participating in the development of job descriptions.
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance overall workplace satisfaction and productivity.
5. Responsible for meticulous documentation and proficient assistance in HR activities, facilitating smooth operations through organized record maintenance and collaborative support in diverse HR functions.
Ideal skills for this role include :
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, MBA in HR / Professional certifications in HR related field would be preferred.
2. 0-3 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role.
3. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
