Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a full-time, monthly salary basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various HR functions and possess the ability to manage daily operational tasks while supporting strategic HR initiatives. This role is fully remote , offering flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.
Preference will be given to candidates who have proven experience in hiring and managing freelancers. Prior experience working within a translation services company will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Lead and manage recruitment for both full-time employees and freelance professionals across various domains.
Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring policy compliance.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Maintain accurate HR documentation, including employee records and confidential information.
Support initiatives related to employee engagement and retention strategies.
Assist with payroll processing and other administrative HR functions as required.
Preferred Qualifications :
Strong experience hiring and collaborating with freelancers or remote professionals.
Prior HR experience in a translation or language services company.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
