We are Hiring : Strategy & Growth Lead + Chief of Staff

At Claim 360, we specialize in handholding clients through the complexities of their investment recovery and regularization process. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Strategy & Growth Lead + Chief of Staff to join our core team.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our Founder & Managing Director (Sheekher Saran), and gain first-hand exposure to building and scaling a fast-growing company (we grew 4x in revenue in FY25 over FY24, and are on-track to grow 2.5x in FY26 over FY25).

What will you do :

• Shadow the Founder on a day-to-day basis across strategic and operational areas.
• Identify and drive new growth avenues – partnerships, products, services, and markets.
• Build and amplify our digital presence, across channels.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and engagements.
• Track and report key growth metrics, ensuring we stay on course.
