We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff (CoS) to work directly with one of our Founders. The CoS will act as a strategic partner, driving new growth initiatives, managing investor relations, and enabling organizational alignment. This highly cross-functional role requires business acumen, execution excellence, and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiatives & Growth
- Partner with the Founder to design and execute high-impact strategies for business expansion.
- Lead special projects such as category extensions, new product launches, or international growth.
- Conduct market research, build business cases, and recommend go-to-market strategies.
Investor Relations & Fundraising
Act as the central point of contact for current and potential investors.Support fundraising activities by preparing investor decks, financial models, and business updates.Manage investor communication — including quarterly updates, board reports, and strategic presentations.Track performance metrics relevant to investor commitments and ensure timely reporting.Execution & Business Operations
Translate strategic priorities into execution roadmaps and drive accountability across teams.Monitor KPIs, performance dashboards, and project timelines for new initiatives.Work closely with leadership teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations) to ensure seamless execution.Founder Enablement & Decision Support
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Founder, providing structured insights and recommendations.Prepare high-quality briefs, strategy documents, and board-level presentations.Represent the Founder in key internal and external discussions where required.Cross-functional Leadership
Build strong working relationships across functions and levels to break silos and accelerate execution.Mentor and guide project teams on strategic initiatives.Ensure alignment between business strategy and day-to-day operations.Qualifications & Skills
5–7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or high-growth startups.Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or board management is strongly preferred.Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders.Comfort with ambiguity, fast-paced decision-making, and entrepreneurial environments.MBA or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
