Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CRM systems to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalized marketing.
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns across email, SMS, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports on customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Support loyalty programs, referral initiatives, and promotional activities to drive repeat purchases
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.2–4 years of experience in CRM, preferably within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation and campaign analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms is a plus.Skills Required
