Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
- Response to customers within the mentioned TAT
- Build good rapport with the customers and keep updating them on the status of their requests.
- Regular follow up with the customers on the document submission and upload the forms in the site.
