Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tenant Relationship Executive, located in Chennai. The Tenant Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, addressing tenant inquiries, resolving issues, liaising with maintenance and property management teams, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves coordinating lease agreements, renewals, and managing tenant records.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage tenant relationships
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing tenant records and lease agreements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in property management or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, property management, or related field preferred
