Founded in 1980, and based in Massachusetts, the company operates throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located in Bangalore Urban. The Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative will handle various tasks including managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing support to the sales team. Responsibilities include generating sales leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and resolving customer issues promptly. The role also involves collaborating with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Experience in sales, with the ability to generate sales leads and build customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with strong handling of B2B & B2C Inbound or Outbound Sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer needs and support
