Responsibilities
Brief Description
- Communicate via email or phone calls with internal and external customers.
- Handle quotes, orders, general enquiries and build a rapport with current and new customers, regularly update the National Account Manager on new projects / programs, customers are working on.
- Prepare and finalize new customer forms, credit applications, trade, and bank references to provide credit terms for new customers.
- Review purchase orders and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Follow up the necessary documents for the export department. EUC and freight / customs.
- Provide information to set up new part numbers.
- Handle web quotes and orders.
- Maintain an up-to-date backlog report and send weekly to customers. Releasing tickets to warehouse.
- Handle inbound customer complaints and requirements with the QC department.
- Operate computer systems.
- Attend training activities to gain adequate knowledge regarding company products and services.

Skills / Education
Knowledge of WireMasters Products and Industries (Interconnect / Electronics)PLUS
6-7 years of experience in and inside sales or similar position.Ability to communicate in English spoken and written.Practical experience in handling customers.Efficient and sales-oriented (commitment to achieving goals and increasing sales).Strong interpersonal skills including internal and external communication skills.A high degree of social competence (empathy and the ability to react and act accordingly towards business partners and colleagues).Orderly appearance (appearance and behaviour).Personal maturity and ability to take on responsibility.Strong Planning and Organization Skills.Knowledge of the standards related to the industries WireMasters serves.Knowledge of WireMasters core values.Working knowledge of SalesForce and of Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) desirable / training provided.Good knowledge of MS-Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point).Other characteristics - Resilient, Assertiveness, Team Player, Flexible with can do attitude,reliable and self-confident, Trustworthy,
