Key Responsibilities :
Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms to promote Finacle banking solutions.
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls / emails.
Maintain a deep understanding of the Finacle product suite, including core banking, digital channels, payments, CRM, and analytics modules.
Work closely with marketing to convert campaign leads into qualified sales prospects.
Collaborate with field sales and channel partners to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up with stakeholders for feedback and next steps.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements :
Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of experience in inside sales or business development (preferably in BFSI or IT services).
Familiarity with Finacle or other core banking platforms is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working with banking clients or selling to financial institutions.
Understanding of digital banking trends and the competitive fintech landscape.
Prior exposure to SaaS or enterprise software sales.
