Key Responsibilities :

Lead or support end-to-end implementation of the Field Service Operations (FSO) module in ServiceNow.

Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow standards, best practices, and security requirements.

Qualifications & Skills :

4–5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.

Hands-on experience in FSO end-to-end implementation project.

FSO Certification is highly valued.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
